If I place my order today when does it ship?

--Typically orders ship within 24 hours after the order is placed.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Our ground shipping is based on the size of your order and starts at $6.25.

How long does it take to receive my order?

--Orders shipping economy ground typically take 10-12 business days to be delivered.  We also have 3 day and 2 day options available.

How will I know my order shipped?

--When your order ships you will receive an email from us letting you know that your order is on it's way.

What if I don't receive my order?

--If for some reason you do not receive your order please just send us an email and we will check on it's status and if something has gone wrong we will send you a replacement order at no charge.

What types of payments do you accept?

--Through our website we accept all major credit cards and all payments are securely processed  and our shopping cart is PCI Level 1 compliant.  

What is your return policy and guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your graduation honor cords  for any reason you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery if unused.
